HALIFAX, NS—No one feels less passionate about their own education than 5th year honours student Patrice Bexley. Nonetheless, she has spent hours pouring over her uninspired application for a Master’s in Applied Spanish Colonial Knitting Techniques.
“I feel a little duped, to be honest,” said Bexley, following with “ I was under the impression that this whole being a student thing could go on forever, but this really seems like my last shot at pushing back actual adult responsibility”.
Bexley reports occasionally waking up in a cold sweat, aroused by her own fearful screams of the word “career”. Nevertheless, those close to Bexley are proud of her commitment to such an important field of study.
