Brett Sampson was surprised to find out he was in fact submitting to a rapid COVID test, under the impression he had waited two hours to secure a table for Splitty’s Thursday night power hour. “Jesus- I need to watch the news more” remarked Sampson, “I had absolutely no idea things were shut down again”. He continued with “I guess I should have known something was up—there were so many seniors and children in line”.
“To be honest— a Covid swab was not what I was expecting to be putting up my nose this evening” he laughed.
Sampson was pleased to receive a negative test.
